     Raymond Gates, Founder and President of De Novo, is a retired United States Army Major and Service Disabled Veteran, who started De Novo in 2007 after retirement from the military.
     
     Randall Gates, Vice President of De Novo, served in the United States Army Reserve.  Randall has been with De Novo since its inception in 2007 and together with Raymond been an integral part of De Novo’s success.





WHO WE ARE



   The phrase, ‘de novo,’ is a Latin expression meaning “a new,” “begin again,” “from the beginning’” or “to make new.”   In just a few short years, with the discipline and principles instilled after many years in military and government service, Ray has taken De Novo from its beginning in 2007 as a small home based business to the ever thriving company it is today. 
 
      We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and outstanding technical knowledge of today’s digital copy, print, and multi-functional systems.  Based in Fresno with operations spreading throughout the Central and San Joaquin Valleys, Central Coast and Bay Area, as well as, throughout southern California into Los, Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and San Diego Counties. 
 
      De Novo is experienced in the repair, service, and supply of commercial copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners, and offers a wide variety of supplies for many makes and models of business equipment.  We offer installation and training on new business equipment, on-site hardware service, and can provide on-site service agreements to companies covering parts, labor and travel costs associated with repair of any equipment failure.   Consumables and other user installed supplies are also available with same or next day delivery depending on your location.
